Tintinnabuli

From the Latin tintinnabulum – “a bell”. The name is inspired by Estonian composer Arvo Pärt music. This is my electronic sculpture with a TinyML person detection function. The sculpture takes images, analyses them and when it detects a person on them it will activate the simple automata mechanism to ring the bell. The bellContinue reading “Tintinnabuli”

One PCB designs

Here are one PCB designs I have made recently. In spring I bought TinyML Cookbook and there are a lot of detailed examples of how to use machine learning on microcontrollers. So I designed this board to experiment with it. On this PCB, with is made by PCBWay, is room for Arduino Nano 33 BleContinue reading “One PCB designs”

Lillering

This coat of arms is a circle of flowers (Lillering). Green PCBs and oak wood are a nice combination. There is five shift-register to control LEDs.The Arduino’s original shiftOut() function is quite slow. I had to simplify it to make it work with my configuration without noticeable flickering. Board Arduino Pro mini 16Hz Atmega328 5v.Continue reading “Lillering”

Electronic “paper crane” or orizuru – freeform circuit

I had a bunch of smd LEDs and no idea what to do with them. But then, when I had watched all these events in Hong Kong. And when I had seen how they make this paper cranes I decided to make my own version. It use ATtiny13 AVR microcontroller and software PWM to slowlyContinue reading “Electronic “paper crane” or orizuru – freeform circuit”
